To get a passport, you need to fill out an application form and provide proof of citizenship such as a birth certificate or naturalization certificate. You will also need to provide a passport photo, which must meet certain guidelines. You can either get your passport photo taken at a passport acceptance facility or a passport photo service, or you can take your own passport photo at home as long as it meets the required specifications. Once you have gathered all the necessary documents and materials, you can either apply in person at a passport acceptance facility or through the mail. If you are applying in person, you will need to bring your completed application form, proof of citizenship, and passport photo with you. If you are applying through the mail, you will need to send these items along with any necessary fees to the address specified on the application form. It typically takes about four to six weeks to receive your passport after applying, but you can pay an additional fee for expedited processing if you need your passport more quickly.

Due to limited spacing per tour, there will be no refunds given once your spot has been booked with payment. Should you fall ill or have an emergency that prevents you from traveling during your designated date, we will gladly transfer your reservation to another available date.

After reserving your spot, it is highly recommended that you book your flight. Flight prices are not included in the $835.00 intro offer tour package price and is the responsability of the guest who is planning to travel. Ask us how we can assist you with booking your flight so that you can possibly travel with other guests who are participating in the tour. The further in advance you book your flight, generally, the better the prices. Please book your flight so that you arrive on the day of your tour week. This means that you will want to fly out the day before as average flight times are a minimum of 13 hours.

Once your flight is booked, we can assist you with getting your Nigerian visa. You MUST have a passport in order to get a visa, no exceptions. Visa price is $350.00 for a Visa on Arrival and is not included in the $835.00 tour package pricing. Visa fee is the responsibility of the guest who is traveling.

Once you have successfully reserved your spot, booked your flight and applied for your visa, you can begin working to get your travel vaccines. Travel into Nigeria does require the yellow fever vaccine, negative COVID test results or a COVID vaccination card. It is highly recommended that you get malaria medicine either prior to travel or upon arrival to Nigeria to protect yourself from malaria while in Nigeria. Please speak with your travel vaccine clinic consultant about any other vaccines that are suggested for travel to Nigeria. Please also remember to bring any medications that you personally need, which may include but are not limited to:

Upset stomach, allergy, mosquito and bug repellant, Benadryl pill and cream for any bug bite irritants, headache medication, and so forth. While there are pharmacies there, some medications may not be available, so it is best to come prepared.
